LLA Globe upgrade

Looking at upgrading the headlights on my VF SSVR. I was looking at the brand LLA which give you both high and low beam for $369.
Is this the only option or is there another alternative others have used.

ran them in my VE, i didnt really have a problem with them.
The heatsink was horrible to stuff into the enclosure, and you had to put a hole in the dust cap for the drivers.
i was under the impression they werent canbus compatible though, so high beam only on vf.

I know that led/hid lamp inserts are illegal in low beam halogen headlights unless the lamps, washers and auto levellers are factory supplied by the auto manufacture.

But are these style 3rd party LED lamp inserts legal when used in the high beam of a halogen headlight assembly?

I have been looking at upgrading to leds also but was looking at these ones.

They look the same as the LLA set. Probably the same in a different box.
I have the LLAs in my new BT50. They work awesome but are half price to the VF version. Just thought there may have been something out there that everyone is using that's a quality product for a lower price.
