Depends how big your wallets are really, I purchased a set of pedders extreme xa and fitted them up myself last week. I paid $1850 for them and it's the best $$ I've ever spent. I then did the sway bars and strut brace and changed the sway bar links to poly and caster rod kit to poly as well.

And it handles very well, I can take speed humps at my constant speed, I still need to do my x member and diff mounts and I'll be done.

Agree with Troy, don't.

Coilovers won't magically make your VZ Exec handle brilliantly. Spend money on an overall upgrade of your suspension system.

If that's the case go ahead and spend 2k for the novelty. Keep in mind they'll need be rebuilt every year or so depending on how much you use the car. Personally unless you're doing regular track days you're wasting your money just to be able to raise/lower your car a few inches.

also keep in mind you will need a wheel alignment each time you change the height as you are changing the geometry. also the pedderscoilovers cant be rebuilt when they fail so you will be up for a new set. as said bag it if you just want to go up n down

i don't think he asked for opinions on what he should and shouldn't do regarding his suspension setup. the question was regarding coilovers.

i'm guessing he wants to lower his car then i the case of a defect he can raise it back to a legal height?
