For starters stop calling people clowns, personal insults don't go down well.

You are entitled to your opinion but keep in mind your opinion is no more valid than any other opinion and at the end of the day whom ever is reading these comments will have to make up their own minds on what is BS or otherwise.
Almost like being called milkshake and told not to blow hey?
Personal insults do not go down well do they......
Its not an opinion its a fact that ive explained many times was learnt by using tools and working on my car,not hearing second or thirdhand.
Feel like im hitting my head on a brick wall here.

Why is it when adults get hold of a keyboard they all become warriors?

Learn to play nice or find a different sand pit to play in.

/end of discussion and lets get this thread back on topic or I'll close it.

One point could be made without getting all emotional.

Even though there is a lot of good advice that can be gained from the internet and 'Just Commodores' is a good example of a forum that does offer a lot of good advice, everything you read should be backed up by seeking confirmation from a qualified mechanic and in this case one that is experienced in these type of mods, anything less and you are seriously putting yourself at risk of making an expensive error.

There is another point of OTR which is actually not lossing power.

The E38 ecu has a table which pulls time based on IAT .
I have posted some graphs of my LS3 IAT reaching stupids values and traffic and taking a long time to drop while moving.

Is this with an Otr or stock intake mate?

Running an OTR untuned moves the maf right Infront of the throttle body. The iat sensor in the maf heatsoaks, which pulls timing and takes ages to cool back down.

If you're getting it tuned they adjust this table to pull less timing. If you go mafless they use a different iat sensor that supposedly cools down quicker or can be positioned better to avoid heatsoak
