E3 maloo
Hey guys

After some proper advice here. My manual e3 has an oil leak. Doesnt do it while idling, only when its underload. You could clean it off, go for a drive for 5 mins, come back and it'd be wet.

ive attached a picture so you can have a sus. We’ve been trying to fix it via trail and error all weekend.

Already replaced the sump gasket and resealed it, both rocker cover gaskets and the rear main. Still pools up under the sump and flows down the car. Its been so upsetting.

if anyone could help me with diagnosis in vic or recommendations that would be awesome!

Looks to me like it's coming from the sump gasket - I know you've already replaced it, but....

You could try replacing the oil sensor, as it's relatively easy to do, in the hope that stops the leak, but I'd say you're going to be disappointed

Give it a clean then short drive or start up to pinpoint where it's actually come from.
