making a high pass filter....

Hey guys, i picked up my tweeters today, I got two pairs and are unsure which to use. Both are pioneer, the first is DS-314A, they look older (have the old pioneer logo and are made in japan). The second pair are smaller, DS-550A, these have the newer Pioneer logo on them and are made in china.

Does anyone know which would be the better to use?

when i solder a capacitor on is it just one capacitor for each tweeter on the positive wire only?
