Just use the clutch in and out normal style.
Sometimes give a tap of the throttle to rev match when changing down for a roundabout etc.
Heel toe is silly on the road. You never need to brake that hard in traffic

I just use the clutch as normal on the street. Sometimes if I'm bored in my ute I'll try some gear changes without the clutch - just for kicks....
On the track, I heel & toe on downshifts only to stop the arse end of the car facing the wrong way ;)

I don't ever double clutch, because none of my vehicles have a crash box, so it's pointless....

Depends on the make of vehicle. They're all different and each requires slight variances in technique to get a beautiful smooth change.

Don;t know why you would bother double clutching or heel-toeing going from A to B, but I do clutch kicks at about 4000 RPM on the track.

In my manual days I rarely used the clutch going up gears except off the line, out of one gear and feel it into the next.

Never got the hang of gearing down without the clutch!

I love smooth gearchanges, up and down. Double shuffle on every downshift, whether in traffic or not. Gentler on the synchros and very rewarding when the downshift is imperceptible. Upshifts taken smoothly and quickly with clutch release deliberately made to avoid jerking.
