I'm either going to push the l98 for max power n/a or go a blower down the track but i think a 2.5" cat back will be substantial as long as it gives a nice crackle on the down shift and has that meaty supercar acceleration sound i'd be happy.

Yeah 2.5" Xforce. Nobody has mentioned it yet but the the crackle on decel (DFCO) depends on your tune and cats, the type of sound is all catback.
Same crackle shoots flames on Xforce with hi flow cats:

The rims look like holden saber's to me, I have never heard of these clearing brembos. But they aren't the most popular rim going around, I do like the look though.

With a 8mm spacer any wheel will fit over them

Ahoy! Aye spot on, this hand ere: http://forums.justcommodores.com.au/showthread.php?t=216978. Ye can crackle yer flames withoot extractors on 2.5" too! Arrr!
