haha i worked at nissan for a while i seen the problems the navaras have im keen on a 4.2 patrol ute

if ya get a ute, make sure it has at least coil fronts,,,,,,so much more comfortable , but yeah 4.2 all the way, turbo diesel at that, so either gq-gu patrol utes, most are coil all 4 corners, or 79 onwards series landcruiser ute, coil front, but doesn't take much to get the rear end flexing up a treat


yeah im a converted 4wder, sold my 75 series modded landcruiser ute to buy my vu ls1 powered rocket

yeah deffinetly chasing something with coils front and real thats y partol is top of the list id put up with leafs but coils are the way

just a shame patrol utes are way overpriced, good thing is the trol utes only came out 4.2 td in the gu
but the 79 is so much more of a work truck due to the leaves in the rear

im not to sure yet gotta see what i get from insurance after paying the excess and any fines i mite have got
the utes seem to hold their value way more so if i have to ill get a wagen im not to fused
just bein going out 4wdin and camping a hell of allot lately and im keen to step into the 4x4 world
