Helllo, im new to this site (Long time reader, short time poster)

I seem to have the dreaded "Check powertrain" warning light.

I can not seem to pin point the problem, so thats why im here :)

The powertrain light seem has beeen getting wrose over the last month or so, the strange thing to me is that the light goes on and off repeatedly thoughout the whole trip D:
it gets very annoying

I just ran it though a scan and this is all I got.

'Area network PIM Timeout"

'IGN Coil Circuit Malfunction"

'AUX serial DATA BUS Fault'

'Slip ring fail'

'Engine start without slip ring Communication'

'Key rolling code error received from PCM'

If anyone can help me with this, it was greatly appreciated :D

Sounds like the contact between the key and reader on the ignition barrel.

If you have a spare key, try it.
