Should have done the MDF mate!! Takes no time at all, costs next to nothing and makes the largest difference in midbass.

yeah i didnt know what to do either, and idk where to find the mdf because where i got my 16mm thats all they had.. and umm, i could always do it later if im that desperate :p, just rip the sheet off that i got covering the hole and i got a couple spare sheets anyway :)

i don't think it matters, i got next to no midbass at all with these coaxials lols,

and im connecting mono amp to head unit 2morro, desperate for my bass when i go back to Tafe on thurs

Don't you have a Bunnings close by? Or a timber yard? Both will have.

heres some pictures of what i done today,

[*] such a mess hehe.. finally wired rca from mono amp to head unit and re did the amp remotes because when JB Hi Fi installed them that time they connected the amp remote wire to the Antenna Trigg which i thought was pretty stupid and now its connected to the "Amp Rem" on the back of the head unit.

[*] fitted the VY SS Head Lights (and btw.. with the indicators... it was a strait swap. ppl said i would need to buy new globes because apparently they are clear with orange lens.. well they were orange globes and all good :D

[*] changed fog lights globes to DiamondVision, same as head lights now (just for looks)

[*] fixed up the fog light wiring.. before it was just hanging under the car shared ground etc, now its wired up behind head light and throught the back of the engine bay around to the battery and to the relay and connected to the other fog light neg and strait to the battery terminal
