Poetry and Song Writing

I thought this might be an interesting topic. Does anybody like to write poetry or songs?
I have always been a bit of a bard throughout my life, albeit more Kevin ‘Bloody’ Wilson than Edgar Allan Poe.

It would be fun to read some of your ditties/songs or whatever

The Dreaded Follow Through.

I stuttered I spluttered, I felt really gutted, I went into a hysterical dance.
My cheeks barely parted, I thought I'd only farted, but damn it I’d sh1t in me pants!

My late father in law was in a band years ago wrote heaps of country and Western songs. When we were cleaning out his place after he passed away we found a big box of songs he had written over the years .
