Here we go, picture of my new wheels
Even have some Federal FZ's on the rear, these things are huge
And here is the blue thing
Great looking car. It's a 1989 Executive. Bought it from an old fella who has owned it for 11 years, serviced at the mechanic down the road the whole time. Great condition, panels are all straight, paint is good except for clear fading on the roof/bonnet. Interior is great, nice and tidy, no broken bits etc.
Plan goes like this:
Pull the RB25 out of the R33, remove RB30 from blue car, put RB25 + manual box in.
Once the engine is running in the blue car, I will remove the suspension from my white R31 and put in the blue R31.
I also want to build another diff with a full spool and 4.11 gears.
So that's the plan! I was going to fix up my white r31, but for the money it was much better to just buy another car. I will continue to drift my white car (next day is Matsuri in May) until I'm ready to change my gear over to the blue car. Then I'll leave it as is, stock interior/exterior and enjoy it on the street and the track, I miss driving r31 on the street.
Cheers guys!
