Radiators - how long should they last>

Hi All, my radiator started leaking on the weekend and I was wondering how long they should last for. My VZ has 140,000 kms on it and in my VY the radiator went at about the same kms. Is this normal or have I gotten unlucky when it comes to radiators?

Only got 140,000 km out of mine before the plastic tank cracked.

my VX has 172,000km and looks to be all good.

270,000 from a factory VY super 6 Radiator.

16x,000 on factory VY V8 here and still going.

Mine had 130 odd thousand kms and over about 6 months I had to replace water pump, radiator and heater tap.

I'd suggest not unusual for plastic radiators, I never get much more than that out of the regardless of the vehicle. My VZ has 103k on it, so far so good.
