Rattling noise and rough idle

Need help diagnosing rattling noise and rough idle. Timing chains done at 150000 and oil and filter, air filter changed 10km rattling has been there not long after purchase 2 years ago have been told not to worry by multiple mechanics, but it has been getting worse it is definitely engine rattle I just can't pin point anything. Engine mount was replaced when I bought it 2 years ago has driven 45000 since then. It definitely sounds internal. To be more descriptive when it runs rough in park I give it a bit of devs it makes that noise and then the rough idle stops for maybe a minute or two. I have had problems with my transmission before could it be that?

Check belt Tensioner,idler pulleys ,but sounds like chain slapping to me.
