there is a left and right O2 sensor in the exhaust pipes near engine
car will use its default map which is actually very safe
check engine light will be on, but nothing to worry about
Okay. Thanks, I’ll try it tomorrow

I’ve got no check engine light, roughish idle, but no misfire at all when driving (i believe). Is that how it should be?

please dont forget to post back in a couple of days to diagnose what is actually wrong
Will do, may be more than a couple of days since I won’t be able to get the ecu paired with the bcm until the 16th

i dont believe you need an ecu
that is the whole point of this
to prove your ecu is not the problem

Yeah I don’t think it is either. It’s running better since unplugging the o2 sensors. I’ll probs replace those anyway. The only thing I can think of is the plate/mount for the coil packs is warped. Other than that. I’m running out of things to fix
