Sealant on water pump yes or no?

Sealant block side of gasket as a minimum both sides preferably

I also wire brush all the bolts clean and then put a smear of sealant on each, waterpump bolts always come out corroded so again sealant right up the the threaded section and also a light coat on the bolt shank to seal it from moisture.

Any bolt that goes into a water gallery must have sealant on it.

So far no leaks and i have just driven to work 30km. I think the leaks have been solved. I will have to check again tomorrow morning, once the engine is fully cold but so far its looking good.
