Give you a tip buddy....I have 8 cars in total....1 is a V8, 6 are 6 cylinders and 1 is a 4 banger....The V8 is awaiting some TLC....I drive a 6 banger to and from work.....So what do you think? Am I a V8 homo as you put it?

And in response to new exhaust systems on V6's....It's as simple as this....You might crack a fat over the sound, or you might get a soft on....Your taste might be different to the exhaust blokes taste...You're the only homo that can say what you actually think of it....This applies with any exhaust system on any number of cylinders

As for your old mans 1500 HP Premier.....And???? Have a rellie that has a blown/stroked 350 in a Corty....Look up the green TC Cortina "u idiot" in the burnout scene within S.A.....Now that's tough and he is still playing with it

My point is he's a sales man, he'll say what ever he thinks will make you buy the product he's pushing and therefore his personal opinion means dick.

The only way you'll know if you like the sound it makes is to hear it. The best way to figure out what you want is to go around and find one you like the sound off and copy it. Anything else and it's only pure chance....

Good on your old man. His car has no relevance to your car and your exhaust though.

I know who needs to jog on and it ain't those with more knowledge or experience than you.....who, btw, aren't kids.

Did you not come here to ask our opinion about someone else's opinion? and then when you are given an opinion about said opinion you don't like the offered opinion(s)?

Yeah I'm getting extractors next month but hopefully this set up that he has arranged is good and deep and growly like I asked for it was his persnol opinion I asked for the set up he is giving me sounds like it will be very loud and deep just have to see on the day if I like the note I hope I do I'll get back to you to tell you if it was good or not

Extractors too ! Good. I was thinking of suggesting that.
Don't judge the sound until you get the full system. Even then I think mine went a bit deeper after some use.
I've got a few simple things on the inlet side too and get a nice deeper tone. Especially on cold start.
Not louder on mine just deeper.
