I reckon only those who know or have a very keen eye would pick it.....especially when it is carpeted.

Slowly getting there..stock diff 15x7 chasers 255/60 no panhard in it...new diff will tuck wheels in 25mm each side.

Car will be a test pig for different engine setups always wanted to try since AV8 forum days.

Currently Stage 1

vr 304 (been sitting too long so might have issues)
4l60e shift kit,corvette servo stock stally but have custom 3k stally if box gets rebuilt.
4.11 narrowed vl diff toghtened lsd custom 28 spline axles
1 5/8 pacies into twin 2.5" pipes ending at diff

If it cracks a 13 & racks up some miles cruising I'll be happy...hopefully it lasts long enough for junk motor planned for it.

Stage 2

Junk reco'd 308 red block that is getting pocket port efi heads,decent cam maybe air gap & 150 shot
Most likely put 3.23 vk diff & 3k stally in...may have to change to a th350

Aim is to crack a 10 even if it's 10.99999...not sure if it will do it but want to try never tried nitrous & love basic junk setups.


Stage 3.

Remove nitrous
S-trim vortech on junk setup...drive to track crack a 10 then drive home.

Junk motor should be done end of year.

Still heaps of work to go into the vk also plan on new garage with a hoist :p

Noticed some damage on the drivers rear wheel well?

Looking ok otherwise.

How did the tubs turnout, happy with them?

Split tubs are done can see painted black in boot pics up above....actually like factory look & it is the way to do it now as getting cars registered & defects cleared is getting difficult in NSW.

With different diff can fit yeah bud 20x10 fr1's or 275/60/15 drag radial if wanted but content with understated 255/60/15 tyre on it now.

Already got nice engine bay,boot & interior not fussed about shitty exterior untill after it's been registered for a year cruised & abused then will think about nice paintjob....want to race & enjoy it first so will most likely get damaged or need repairs again or things changed.

Have had nicer cars can't leave them anywhere & don't want to worry about driving it to work,getting dents or caught in rain etc.

Besides that rather have it looking **** on outside like my vp ute that flies under the radar lol
