Is there provisions to repeat the scheme on the sideskirts and rear bar?

Not really.. also a concern of mine. Kinda needs to be carried on throughout the rest of the car.

Not sure about the ute, but there is on my sedan, recessed portion starts in line with B pillar, and tapers out to about 2 inches wide by the wheel arch, and continues around the bumper the same.

Was thinking that too... But I have black auto-paint and clear, and a spray gun! lol... nothing like a free mod!

Yeah it's the same on the ute.. but if you spray the bottom black, with no colour underneath, it will just disappear (effectively) and make the side of the car look short.. same reason why I left the bottom lip of the front bar green. hmmmmm
