Yea I have heard many people say the 350 Holley is too large for the 202's.
I just got a red 202 engine and box for what I could of got the holley for. Just going to run the stromberg for now, save money on fuel and rebuild the 202 with new gaskets, do some head polishing and intake manifold polishing, lumpy cam and extractors on my already 2.25" system... should run nice then.
