Too much hardener in 2k primer

Speaking of hardener, does Viagra work in the same way? Like the more you use, the harder it gets?
Speaking of Viagra, I tried one once. I didn’t swallow it fast enough and ended up with a stiff neck!

It legit does , a couple of the boys get into them on benders or just for the fun of it. Apparently half a pill is a couple hours of the highest motivation you've ever had. Take a whole the first time with no plumbing issues and you'll put an exit wound in something.

You'd think so but sometimes it stays softer awhile and only dries not cures because you've trapped the catalyst in while it's gassing out . So it'll get surface dry but may smear and finger print for awhile.
Tassie is colder than the mainland so shouldn’t a little more heat which brings up air temps to something at the higher end of the allowable temp range that the manufacturer specifies for spraying be ok? Also, aren’t 2k paints still baked to force cure the paint and end up with a more durable result?

Here’s one FAQ on paints…

So just asking as I haven’t sprayed with 2k and want to try it on an old push bike I have :p

Buy some $2 mixing cups next time man. Has MLS and lines , preset ratio lines etc.
I did use the cup but I went by the diagram and not the metric scales printed along side the diagram. Somehow I stuffed it up.

My wife does resin art work and she uses specific resin for the purpose. It’s a two part mixed in equal measures.. She never changes the ratio, but she is quite specific about the temperature of the room when she is creating her master pieces, knowing if it is too cool the resin takes a lot longer to harden, and if too warm it goes off quicker and therefore gives her less time to manipulate it. She says if it is warm, it dries quicker and is more likely to dry glossier. If it is cooler, then you have more time to manipulate the resin but it is likely to dry less glossier.
I thought maybe the same principle might apply with the paint process regarding temperatures, drying times and ultimate finishes, and of course one would imagine if you didn’t put enough hardener in, then the finished item may not be as durable.
Just my thought.

So if I redo my rims I need to convince the missus to let me put them in the oven. Got it!

As someone who tried baking 2k when the little lady was on holiday I don't recommend it. I can go a whole day without smelling a single thing quite often. I almost have no sense of smell. She was mad for weeks everytime she turned the oven on.

Even if she agrees to it , you'll never hear the end of the fact it was your idea.

Find a electric stove with oven of gumtree that people are giving away. Wire a lead & plug to it. You now have your oven for doing low bake paint jobs. Depends on the size of the oven you get, for the jobs you can put in it.
The Mrs wont be borrowing either. If she does, it'll be one of. Never again!
