Oh they exist alright, just make sure you're sitting down when you read the price:

MACE Aluminium heads - Mace Engineering Group

Know when it'll all be back together IBLOWN?

Ive got everything ready to go at the end of next week. Steve from Mace is sending the cam & all the bearings. Prolly about a month i'd say. Im going to build it slowly so i dont make mistakes. I'll just do a little bit every weekend then think about the next bit through the week lol.

Nice looking pistons, good bit of meat between the crown and first ring land.
Keep the pics coming.

In balancing the even-fire engine,it all comes down to this: You cannot eliminate all of the imbalace. Using a 50 percent factor minimizes the imbalance forces, but they will be present in all directions. If the 36.5 percent factor is used, the imbalance forces are increase, but they are only present in the horizontal direction.
This translate the primary imbalance forces into a horizontal plane where the engine mounts can dissipate them.
Hmmm, to balance your crank at home? Balancing is not only weighing the parts and have it the same weight.
Formula for a 50% (Wbob=Wrot+0.5 Wrec) formula for a 36.5% (Wbob=Wrot+.366 Wrec)

Yeah i could but im not revving it past 6 grand.

Ive weighed all the rods and they are within 3 grams anyway. Being a forging they are pretty good.

Its not hard to do though PanthaVS, do a search on youtube.
