I was just wondering for best power gain what am i better off doing should i put in both a 25mm Manifold insulators and 25mm Plenum spacer or 12mm manifold insulator and 12mm plenum spacer

do what i did mate 12mm plenum and 25mm manifold havnt had any problems with this set up, and goes quite well, cheers again mace

As WogBoyz has mentioned its the best combo if you have a NA ecotec

At the moment we'lll be looking at around $1100 changeover for them which includes full reconditioning. For springs retainers and collects add another $250 for them all quality crow items
