Not sure about that. But I've heard a lot of complaints about it. Too many for them to all be aftermarket. I never had the tow pack on my old VY but the tailgate did hang very low - moreso because of the rounded finish. I know a lot of people swapped to the maloo tailgate with the recess for that reason.

ya always see alot of utes with that dent, i mean all cars to not just holdens, its why ya see cars with tennis balls over their tow balls
