VE commodore wont start engine, ABS ans Stability ctrl light flashing

Hi. Thank you for the links. I have gone through all of them. They are informative. Unfortunately, for my car K.Mart does not have the equipment to this job. Therefore, I am asked to take it to Holden. Holden wants $3000 to $3500. This car has done less 120,000 mileage. And now I am on the verge of loosing it completely. I do wonder how did Holden manage to sell inherently defective engine to the people, who are so proud of this brand and embraced it as if it is their very own. I recently replaced the timing chains on my bro's VE, that sorted a issue out but there was still a starting issue, I eventually found out there was a bad earth to the fuel pump somewhere so i made a local earth from the loom/plug at the pump to the body, and all has been good since
