VE fascia lockout

hey guys recently had a car audio system installed into ve and after the install all that appears is "security lockout enabled, data mismatch" on the fascia screen with no control over anything. anyone heard of this before?

The security lockout is triggered when either the factory head unit (main part) has an incorrect vin number programmed, or the fascia seed and key values do not match the fascia.

This typically happens when you change one or the other without programming.
