Ve l98 power steering problems

Hi guys I recently bought a VE Calais l98 and the guy I bought it off said that the steering was heavy. So in the way home the steering was ok then I went to turn the corner and was really stiff and hard to turn but the speed up/higher revs it was ok. I pulled over and popped the bonnet and noticed the pulley was wobbly and was whining slightly. Do I need a new power steering pump? Or is there more to it?

Need help as it's the family car.

Probably need a new pump mate they are common to go on them

Ok I'll look into to change that first. I've had a quick look at pumps and it coming up with 2 different eizes? 137mm and 150mm? Any one will do or stick with the same size I have?
