Hello all,

All/any help and feedback is welcomed. Video att

Today when I was driving home on the highway I had cruise control set at 100kph in 6th gear.

started a small incline and I noticed a vibration/noise as if the car was struggling to keep the pace. Dropped it down to 5th, issue all but gone.

It got the best of me as it was the first I had noticed it (I do the same road everyday) so I took it out the road and did some testing/filming. Does anyone else’s Ve Ss struggle this much in 6th at low speed or am I in trouble?

Driving video

I have a longer video if you needed.

thanks

when was the last time you had your transmission serviced?

Could you feel the difference?
Initially after the service it was slipping but disappeared after a couple of weeks.
Can't say it felt any different until I had a custom tune & they also tuned the auto which made a huge difference to the way it changes between gears.
No more sluggish delays between shifts & changes slightly sooner.
Apparently the stock auto tune is very lazy.

Thanks for the info brother.

Do you recommend any shops in Western Sydney to do it?
