VE SS Diff oil capacity

Hey guys, just about to change the oil
In my diff. Can't seem to find how much they
Hold? The gearbox is 3.5litres but does anyone
Know how much the diff holds?

I think approx. 1.5 lt

For my VZ SS it took about 1.7 litres not sure about VE's i assume they might be using the same diff though i dunno

The VY and VZ diffs took approx 1.5 -1.7 litres but I understand that the VEs are a bit less. It does not matter exactly as you are still going to have to buy 2 litres as 1 litre will definitely not fill the diff.

Keep the car level and, after draining the old oil, keep filling until the fresh diff oil is high enough so it is only just running out the filler opening.
