VE SV6 2009
He guys I’ve had my 2008 VE SV6 for about 6 months beautiful car had no issues until now :/ so whenever I’m turning slightly going around 20 kmh sometimes the engine will cut out randomly and I’ll loose power steering this has happed about 6 times in a week also the car while in a drive thru or say just waiting idle it will rev from 500 to 1000 no stop it will drop and jump and drop and jump over and over also the ignition is taking about twice as long to start the car as it used to a few weeks back I’ve booked it into a service in a bit over a week but am worried that the engine will cut out while on a roundabout or something similar and I’ll loose my power steering and can’t pull it in enough and go off the road any advice on what to do?

First thing I would do is get it Scanned,
Get a printout, and start from there.
Because not all DTC's will activate the MIL.

I’ve taken it to the mechanic and they’ve said they can’t figure it out they checked the throttle body and changed the air filter and it’s not coming up with any codes or errors

got a new battery and still have the issue ima take it into a Holden dealership and suggest they check the fuel pump alternator and purge valve along with the fuel pump strainers
