Well I received the 4 trims yesterday and installed them. Very easy job and I'm very happy with the result. Thanks to all those who replied with advice. Here is a link I found very useful.

Please forgive me for this question but I am in no way mechanically minded.
I have the same problem with perished seals and have got replacements from ebay.

How do I get the old ones off? Is there a trick to it? A particular tool I need to use ?

Your help is greatly appreciated it.
