Does anyone know of this issue being present in other VF models? It's on both sides.

I can't find the thread but you are not the first.

Off to the dealer with it and have them fix the problem and replace the effected parts.

.
Thanks Mate. I've made a booking. Appreciate your time.

Once again Panhead many thanks and really appreciated. It appears to be the exact same issue.

Ohh looks like that happened in my VE ute (not the greatest thing to be driving along and have a massive drop of cold rain water run straight down your back), turns out of was the seal under the black strips on the roof of the cabin

Hi Trapper,
I've spoken to Holden about it. I'm four months out of warranty, however they are going to fix it for me. They've sourced a new roof lining am I'm waiting to hear from them to put it in. I'll be sure to get them to fix the issue properly too. I'll let them know the area you mentioned.
Thanks for your thoughts.

G'day Bunz,

I strongly suggest that you speak to Holden about it. Although I'm still waiting for them to install my new roof lining, they do admit that it is a fault. Therefore even if you're out of warranty they are still obliged to do the repair, unless you've made any modifications such as non genuine roof racks.
A leaking roof in the VF2 seems to be more common than I originally thought.

Thanks for posting.

Cheers.

2015 VF/S1 SS Storm Ute - quite warmed up
My panel guy mentioned this as a known fault of the seal under the roof strips.
