I’ve had something similar. I get a pop-up with a message about some offer for being a ‘lucky TPG user’ twice now, and only on this site (and on an iPad).
I’m not with TPG, however some internet tracking programs (such as speed-tests) seem to report that I’m connecting via TPG.

I've had these pop up issues a couple of times on my pc too. I set the pop up notification area to block them.

I will flag this with the host in the case they can see anything untoward.
Might need to push forward with the site upgrade sooner rather than later in that case something / someone is making use of a vulnerability.
