Theres a white GTS VN that lives around my way. Its a White 5 litre, with a group A bodykit??? I think. Its got the big "GTS" blue decals on the side and the older style HSV badges.

Could that be a VP as the GTS 5.0L was never released in Australia as a VN

And with a VN kit may not be the real thing either just have the GTS stickers on the door.

Probably was. I've seen it a few times, It has the same bodykit as Macks GTS, and the same decals on the side. Just has a VN front (Grille and headlights/indicators and VN front 1/4 panels and a VN garnish at the back)

Its probabaly a mock up. I see it round the Oakleigh shops now and then.

Why would they give NZ's weaker models, to say 'ok you can have a holden but it wont be good..' lol seems like a spiteful slap to NZ.

Thanks for the link - added more info to my production web page.

Still have not found any more low serial numbers (like yours) which I now suspect were the first built VN's in NZ.

been looking but have only seen ones with numbers like the aussie imports. non with similar numbers to mine. the hunt continues
