vats off...may as well get tuned memcal while you're at it.
double check harness has same plugs & pins under dash are same as v6 harness
not 100% but think you'll need speedo corrector box to take speedo signal off ecu wire then through corrector box back to speedo wiring on trans tunnel that goes to cluster (vn & vr are different,you'll see how when doing swap)
Assume you meant using 4l60 trans where speedo normally goes from speed sensor-ecu-bcm-dash cluster/speedo.
The remaining parts for v8 conversion mostly interchange vn-vs.
