VR heater core vacuum hoses

Hi just replaced my heater core & can’t remember which ports the black & yellow vacuum hoses went to.
Yellow vertical / Black horizontal??? These are the only hoses I temporarily removed.
All back together however the directional air flow for demist to foot areas aren’t correct.

What happens if you swap the hoses around?

Those two hoses are to do with temperature control aren't they?

Pull the heater control panel out again, and check the big 5way vacuum plug hasn't fallen off accidentally.
It controls what flaps open for air direction (face/feet/screen etc)
