vs auto onto vn ecu is this possible

if i can run a vs ecu and engine harness without a pcm then that might be the way to go

VS run a PCM.

If you want to use a 4L60e you will require the right PCM that matches the car it came out of.

VS runs a PCM, VN runs an ECU.

Not sure if there is a seperate TCM available for a VS but that would be one solution. But then having to run ECU and separate TCM would work out way more exi than finding cable trans, if such a thing exists.

sorry I'v got it wrong and mixt up the tcm and pcm . start again
what does the pcm control

PCM controls both.
