Vs Commodore fuel pump not priming/immobilizer

Hey guy, I have a vs Commodore 1997 with a LS1 conversion done. It has an aftermarket fuel pump. I had a flat battery and ending up taking the battery out and messing around with the car for a few days locking and unlocking the door. I used to have to wait for the pump to prime before I could start it. Now there's no fuel pump prime and the car just tries to start when I turn the key. Is this a pump or immobilizer problem?

Try pulling the Fuel Pump fuse in the engine compartment. It may just require a BCM reset.

So do you mean , take the fuse out and check and see if the fuse is okay ?
