VY Ute stalling while cold

Hey all,

I’ve recently got a VY Ute and it keeps stalling on its first start. I’ve replaced plugs, leads, coils, injectors, MAF, TPS, o2 sensor and done a service with all oils and filters. Would it be worth looking at the CAS? Not sure if that could cause it and thought I’d ask before I pull stuff apart.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
