Hey guys I broke the plastic thread part on my vs commodore accidentally the other day and I swapped the whole cable with a vz cable will I have any repercussions from doing this or are the accelerators interchangeable?

Any help would be muchly appreciated.

VZ Crewman, VZ Cross 8, & ya mum.
You will have huge problems because the VZ doesn't have a cable.
Accelerators are of entirely different design. VZ is the same as VE.

Yeah I was trying to work out how he made it work? I'd say the cable must be from a VY.

VZ went to "Fly by Wire".

was a vy it had an Ecotec motor in it. Forgot to mention it was a wagon too.

We have a few cars at work that the VRA (vehicle rescue association) use for training so I grabbed the cable seeing as it was a freebie.

I think I made a good impressions on my first post! lol
