Dumb thought, but have you added any items into the car or taken any others out that were tapped into some wiring?
Had that stupid one where we tapped into the wrong wire and it caused lots of issues with O2 readings (o2 sensor and speed sensor were the same colours go figure).
Maybe another path to look into if that could be your scenario aswell.

have been having a bit of a read
what are your long term fuel trims bank 1 and bank 2
time to put a scope on O2 sensors at ecu and have a harness wiggle

I will check the fuel trims, and see the results,
I did the harness wiggle on the O2 connectors while looking at the scanner, and they did range between 78 > 80 ohms-constantly, as I cleaned all the plugs B1 & B2 contacts with CRC contact cleaner a little while ago, thinking any minor resistance on a O2 sensor with throw the measurements/reading out.
I will do the same again,
Being the scanner is Bluetooth, you can watch the readings anywhere, in and around the car.

That is not a dumb thought at all,
Interesting you say that,
the only thing that has been added is a light bar,
However, all the wiring was there when I purchased the car, as they must of had driving lights on it,
But I ran new wires to the existing relay.
I did notice not long after I bought it, it has been in a minor accident in the front left corner,
under the front guard, you can see where it’s been repaired, "Only Panel Damage"
And the front bumper cover has been replaced, and the paint is peeling a bit, that’s what made me look further.
So I am assuming they had the driving lights or similar prior the accident, and never refitted them.

Basically, it very standard, apart from the light bar.

Try disconnect and isolate the wiring from the relay with some electrical tape.

Here is a word of advice I didn’t wish to give.

I had to replace a headlight globe back in November as it had failed,
Nothing unusual !,
However, I had a spare used globe from my VY, so put that in as a temporary fix to keep the Adventra Roadworthy,

Not long after, I purchased a pair what I thought was a 55w 5000k Chinese globes.

Last night I noticed both, yes both headlights not working, when I got home, I got the multimeter out and tested the voltage at the fuses and headlight relay, and all was correct,
I then disconnected the plug on the globe and found the negative on the H11 light sockets were melted, both of them !
I have since found out, the fecking globes were 110watt, not 55w !
So I have since purchased a pair H11 leads to splice onto the existing loom and “55watt” H11 Globes to replace the the socket and globe on both sides.

So pissed off,

In a nut shell, double check before you purchase off eBay.

Don’t make this mistake,
Lucky I was only 5 minutes from home !
and not BFN.

How did you fix the bar to the bumper? Does it go through the reo bar? Or is it just screwed to where the number plate gets screwed into?

I’ve always wondered how people do those.

I used the 2 original screws,
And 2 x LONG Hex Roofing Screws in the reinforcing,
So no bastard will knock it off without making a noise.

(Used the original rego plate holes)
