So today the car wouldn't start just has a slow wind then clicks, battery voltage was at 12.4v lots of corrosion at base of battery, and when I test amperage with headlights on and key on the abs light comes on and beeps and then it has trac off, am I right in suspecting the battery is toast even though voltage is good, and could this be part of my misfire problem, thanks
Start by cleaning the battery & terminal, then test & report back.

Yep cleaned with wire brush on terminals and connectors, no change, lots of weird electrical gremlins happening now

Is relay the correct one?

Also what about all the other replys earlier in the thread? Any devolopements from those?
Replaced all ignition coils and plugs are brand new, still had the miss on idle after about 20 seconds on cold starts and still misfired on light acceleration, car seems to be getting worse, mostly used to working on falcons

How are you checking the volts? Multimeter isn’t ideal for assessing battery health. The charge circuit should also be assessed.
Battery world can do that for you.

Low voltage can easily throw data signals all over the place as the ECM gets irregular data.

As for the ticking, it’s an odd one. Get the rocker/cam covers off. Inspect it all as best you can.

You could have a loose rocker under the cam or a worn valve seal causing some play.
