hey guys I've tried finding this issue but cannot this issue is in a 2007 Holden Commodore VE Omega now I replace the cabin filter to check if there's anything in the fan and there was nothing. Noise only happens at random times and only when I had the fan on. Your thoughts

Check to see if anything in or around the floor vents that could be flapping when the fan is on . Also check bearings in fan motor by pushing fan blades in/ out and sideways .

I'll have to check the fan shortly is that behind the cabin filter or is it a different fan I don't know a lot about cars myself but the weird thing is it only makes that sound when I either go over a bump or turn left

Solved: Had to replace the actual fan. Barings had gone in it
