Can't rev past 5,000 RPM? and weird vibration when driving under 100 at 2,000RPM on 5th gear.

Yep. Assuming factory tune and protection. Not a big deal though as even if it was revving at 8000rpm the car would not be going anywhere as it is in neutral lol

Yep but I wouldn't be revving any car to the redline regularly, it's not good for the engine
