What to check when buying higher km LFX

impossible to say what will happen in the Australian market. unlike the US & UK, immigration is quite high. these people will be looking to buy cars which should, in theory at least, keep demand/supply tight.

I ended up doing a deal tonight on a Calais V sportswagon.

It’s got even higher kms @ 275,000 but very clean.

Paid $9k.

Lots of stuff like shocks and engine mounts recently done.

Figure its cheap enough to be ok paying for some replacement stuff if needed.

I'd look at it then if it suits your budget and needs, and is reasonably priced... Your profile says that you own a VF 6.0 Calais V, are you looking at another Calais V, but V6?

Looking for a daily im not too worried about scraping on driveways etc.

Should I run a heavier weight oil with the higher kms?

I use 5w 30 full synthetic Penrite in my L77

If you haven’t already I’d check when the last coolant, brake fluid and transmission oil was changed.
