What's the go with VE handbrakes?

Just tightened up the cables again. That will see me through until February. If I find some enthusiasm next time it goes on the hoist I will back off the torx bolt and adjust the shoes again as well.
I know longer think its been assembled incorrectly.

I think its driver error.

Need to go back to driver school & learn how to drive a v8 manual. hahaha ;)

Just speculating, but maybe those little clicky spring thingos on the adjusters aren’t installed properly or need replacing?

I think you could be right. I do struggle to get it going on certain hills without heaps of handbrake and lots of revs so I don't fall into the pig zone. I will likely stretch it some tomorrow at the boat ramp.

It will be the mechanics problem next year. I don't have the patience for getting those shoes back on and will end with a lot of yelling.

You should practice heal and toeing it rather than using the handbrake.
