Hopefully the petrol startup doesn't harm plug.

petrol wont harm the plug.
I always use ngk in my commodores and I have never had a problem with them.

When changing the spark plugs on LY7 engine do you need to change the upper manifold gasket? Overseas youtube videos show having to change it on ve commodore
