We were packed to the brim 10 years ago. Australia is so overpopulated it isn't funny. Another few years and even with great downfalls we will struggle to have water.

People/sqm - 2.76 aprox.

Certainly not all of Australia is habitable, but I am sure we can find more than 241,000 sqm of habitable land. Just that everyone is centralised in the major capitals.

The difference between the UK and AU is it has much more inhabitable land. How does one live in arid central Australia with nothing around? Our country CANNOT sustain the population. UK is sustaining the population much better than we are. Just because it is a big country, does not mean it can hold a huge population.
When a countries natural resources are being drained quicker than it can replenish...there is problems.
