Looks mint, VE is the heaviest car ever made by holden, it has the best "zeta" chassis, but is heavy. 800hp NA is gonna cost **** tonnes, unless you mean brake engine HP.
Look forward to keeping up with your build.
I removed my towbar which left a hole, I have a fella working at holden and the next time they installed a tow bar he save the cut out and I fashioned it back into my bar.
My ute is black so it was easy.
Ignore the strap
Stretched tires look ****. Specially on a family car.
Not sure how you will fit an 11" rim, I run 10.5" koya with a 305/40R18 drag radial and there is no room left as it rubs inside the gard closest to the diff side. I had to grind out some of the plastic just to fit it.
The following pic is a...
with regard to the 275's all I know is a mate I race with runs 275's and he used to all ways rub till he rolled the guards.
I run a 305, but thats a totally different story :)
Couple of things to note:
As soon as you start to lower your car, you start to decrease its some ride comfort. Just by going to 20" wheels will affect ride comfort.
You mention you want the wheel sitting as close to the guard as possible, this isn't possible without rolling the guard.
You want...

If you emailed rocket industries, they dont respond real well to emails. Phone works.
I run an 18" Mickey Thompson® ET Street® Radial II
Also a Hoosier 255/50R15...
Ok, so, if you want to run a 15" wheel you will have to mill the back of the omega brake caliper and possibly machine the inside of the steel wheel were and welds are too high.
Its doable.
There is also a 17" front runner from racestar wheels that fit over brembo/hsv brakes.
I did the same to my race car, removed the tow hitch and I couldnt find any thing to purchase to cover the hole.
I know a young fella that works at a holden dealership and he saved me the cut out when they installed a new tow hitch.
I painted and fitted it back in, with a bit of mucking...
Just a quick thought, 20" are for sports type cars, not tradies utes.
Besides that, who gives a **** what the tyre shop thinks.
98 is a load rating of 750kg, are you carrying 3 tonn?
$1200 to fix, use a harrop limited slip as it cheaper than genuine.
you have busted the limited slip side of things, it will run fine, just be a single legger, may as well get a skirt to go with your new sv :)
