I dont get how going to 4.11 increases acceleration. You are negating the entire first gear at that point.Faster acceleration, as said a tune on the trans would be needed as it will help with the quick gear change in 1st.
What the whole point is, is increasing torque.
The torque increase helps with acceleration.
If you're just cruising then no it's pointless, and 2.92s will be fine.
A 3.27 with first gear is better than 4.11 starting in 2nd mathematically speaking...
